In short: your swing videos are analysed on your phone and stay on your phone. We store your account (email and password) and whether your membership is active, so you can log in and use ArcAi. We don't sell your data, show adverts or track you across other apps.

Information we collect
- Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that no one, including us, can read.
- Your membership status: when you join Golf Now, we receive your email address and that your membership is active, and later if it ends. This is how your ArcAi login is created and kept up to date.
- Payments: ArcAi doesn't take payments. Your membership is paid for at golfernow.com under its own terms; we never see your card details.
What stays on your phone
Your swing videos, the body tracking, your swing checks, your answers about each shot, your focus and drill, and your practice progress are all stored on your phone and are not sent to us. They may be included in your own phone backups, which Apple or Google handle under your account settings.
How we use your information
- To let you log in and to check your membership so the app works.
- To send emails you need, such as setting up or resetting your password.
- To help you if you contact support.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run ArcAi: Supabase (accounts and hosting), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider (password emails), and Apple and Google (app stores). They process information only to provide their service to us.
Practice reminders
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you have one. If you delete your account, your login and membership record are deleted.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account at any time in the app (Profile). This doesn't cancel your Golf Now membership.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, by emailing .
- Delete swings in My Journey, or delete the app to remove everything stored on your phone.
Depending on the US state you live in, you may have extra rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
Children
ArcAi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
