1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the ArcAi app and website, provided by . ArcAi is included with a Golf Now membership. By using ArcAi, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. Your ArcAi login is created for you when you join Golf Now. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at if you think someone else has used it.

3. Your membership

Access to ArcAi comes with an active Golf Now membership, bought at golfernow.com. There's nothing to buy in the app.
Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under your Golf Now membership terms.
If your membership ends, your access to ArcAi ends too. Swings saved on your phone stay there until you delete them or the app.

4. What ArcAi is

ArcAi analyses videos of your swing using body tracking and compares your positions with a set of reference swings. Its measurements are estimates from 2D video and can be affected by camera position, lighting and clothing. Drills and suggestions are general practice guidance, not professional coaching, medical or fitness advice. Warm up, practise within your physical limits and stop if you feel pain.

5. Using ArcAi fairly

Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or try to get around the membership, and don't use ArcAi in a way that breaks the law or harms others. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Ownership

The ArcAi app, website, designs and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them. Your swing videos remain yours and stay on your phone.

7. Changes and availability

We may update ArcAi and these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes. We aim to keep ArcAi available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim.
